【介紹】
由身心障礙者與新住民二代進行造型氣球的專業培訓，使其成為獨當一面的氣球會場佈置師與街頭表演藝人，讓身障者能透過帶來歡笑的氣球，重回社會的懷抱，同時培養其專注力及自信，並獲得不同的就業機會，讓他們擁有自力更生的能力。
We provide training to disabled persons and second-generation immigrants to help them become street artists and venue decorators, allowing them to re-enter society, cultivate confidence and focus, and become self-reliant through different employment opportunities.
【想解決的議題】
1.培訓身障者成為專業的造型氣球藝術家。
2.協助建立小型企業與多元夥伴關係，參與社區/商業活動。
