中心願景
社會企業成立以解決社會或環境問題為目標，以創新且永續之商業模式解決社會問題同時，其盈餘須提撥固定比例於其關注之社會或環境問題。桃園市政府社會企業中心為培育社會企業人才，提供多元服務，透過跨領域、跨組織社群交流，導入各界資源，協同解決社會問題，建構桃園的永續發展。
Social enterprises are established with the goal of addressing social or environmental issues, utilizing innovative and sustainable business models to simultaneously tackle societal problems. A fixed percentage of their profits must be allocated to addressing the social or environmental issues they are committed to. Taoyuan City Government's Social Enterprise Center provides a diverse range of services to nurture social enterprise talent. Through interdisciplinary and cross-organizational community exchanges, it integrates resources from various sectors to collaboratively address societal issues and build a sustainable future for Taoyuan.

社會企業委員會：
為強化社會企業政策推動，以社企委員會為平台進行跨局處整合、問題溝通與協調，活絡桃園市社會企業之發展。
To strengthen the promotion of social enterprise policies, the establishment of a Social Enterprise Committee facilitates inter-departmental integration, issue communication, and coordination, promoting the development of social enterprises in Taoyuan City.
社企競賽：
每年透過辦理競賽，推廣社會企業的價值，並挖掘有潛力的社企團隊，用創新的商業模式解決桃園乃至全國的社會問題。
Annually, through organizing competitions, we promote the value of social enterprises and discover potential social enterprise teams, using innovative business models to address social issues in Taoyuan and even nationwide.
創業諮詢輔導：
專業顧問一對一長期輔導，並有輔導專員在旁協助。給予團隊社企知識、創業心法、以及所需人脈與資源。
Professional consultants provide one-on-one long-term guidance with assistance from counseling specialists. They offer the team social enterprise knowledge, entrepreneurial insights, and access to necessary networks and resources.
國內外標竿學習：
定期舉辦國內外交流活動，邀請講者分享社會企業生態圈願景、國際間的發展趨勢，及企業與政府單位在發展過程中所擔任的角色。此外，透過不定期舉辦跨縣市實地參訪的深度交，提供各地青年社創團隊合作的平台，期望結合不同區域組織的創新能量，強化連結彼此的資源，創造多元合作的新契機。
Regularly organize domestic and international exchange activities, inviting speakers to share the vision of the social enterprise ecosystem, international development trends, and the roles that businesses and government agencies play in the development process. Additionally, through sporadic on-site visits across different counties and cities, we provide a platform for collaboration among youth social entrepreneurship teams from various regions. We aim to harness the innovative energy of different regional organizations, strengthen the connections of resources, and create new opportunities for diverse collaborations.
大專院校實習：
透過提供在學青年進入社企團隊實習機會，期望提升青年對於社會創新及永續議題等認知，並從實務工作中了解自身興趣及性向，培養職能與探索職涯目標，進而培養社企新人才。
By providing internship opportunities for students, we aim to enhance their understanding of social innovation and sustainability issues. Through practical work experience, we hope to help them discover their interests and aptitudes, develop their skills, explore career goals, and ultimately nurture new talents for social enterprises.
社企工作坊：
針對成立社會企業所需之知能，舉辦工作坊，協助團隊建立社企基本思維，提升其創業量能。
Focusing on the knowledge and skills needed to establish a social enterprise, we organize workshops to help teams develop the basic mindset of social entrepreneurship and enhance their entrepreneurial capabilities.
創業家小聚：
邀請國內知名社會企業分享成功及失敗的經驗案例，建立創業家交流及媒合的平台，鏈結各式政府補助計畫、創業貸款、各類募資平台創業資源，為創業家提供資金層面的具體協助，擴大社企團隊的社會影響力。
Inviting well-known domestic social enterprises to share their experiences, both successes and failures, in order to establish a platform for entrepreneur exchange and matchmaking. This platform aims to connect various government grant programs, startup loans, and crowdfunding resources, offering entrepreneurs concrete financial assistance to enhance the social impact of their social enterprise teams.
平鎮館介紹：
提供3間店面予社會創業家進行產品、服務、商業模式的驗證，進駐團隊得以平鎮館辦理公司或商業登記，並不定期辦理社會企業體驗推廣活動，提升社企團隊的知名度及大眾對社會企業的認知。
We provide 3 storefronts for social entrepreneurs to validate their products, services, and business models. In-house teams are allowed to register their companies or businesses at Pingzhen Hall. We also organize periodic social enterprise experiential promotion events to increase the visibility of social enterprise teams and enhance public awareness of social enterprises.
創業補助：
桃園市社會企業或社會創新公司，兩年內可享有每月八千元辦公室租金補助、最高二十萬辦公室設備補助。
申請期間：每年 01/10 - 11/30（依當年度公告日期為主）
Social enterprises and social innovation companies in Taoyuan City can receive a monthly office rent subsidy of NT$8,000 and a maximum office equipment subsidy of NT$200,000 within two years. Application period: Jan. 10 - Nov. 30 each year (based on the announcement date for the respective year).
