【介紹】
彤鳥希望用「同理」的方式與大家共創永續的行動解方！並肩負社會企業的使命，運用商業模式解決身障者就業的社會問題與不平等的議題，培力身障者成為講師，並為企業設計專屬教材，共創ESG、SDGs的行動解方或公平待客等同理工作坊。彤鳥與企業合作培力身心障礙者，不只是提升他們的專業職能，更希望他們成為不同族群之間溝通的橋樑，打破族群的藩籬，開啟多元、平等與共融的社會，促進溝通與共識的共榮社會。
Re-U aims to create sustainable solutions through empathy, working hand-in-hand with everyone to drive meaningful change! In line with its social enterprise mission, Re-U leverages business models to address employment challenges and inequality faced by persons with disabilities. We empower individuals with disabilities to become trainers and design tailored educational materials for corporate partners, creating actionable ESG and SDG solutions, as well as empathy-driven workshops on fair and inclusive practices. Through partnerships with businesses, Re-U focuses not only on enhancing the professional skills of persons with disabilities but also on transforming them into vital bridges of communication across different groups. Our mission is to break down barriers, foster a society rooted in diversity, equality, and inclusion, and promote greater understanding and consensus for a more harmonious and inclusive society.
【想解決的議題】
1.改善身障就業困境：與企業合作賦能身障者各種專業能力 ，使之成為講師，有效提升身心障礙者的就業力！
2.補充偏鄉教育資源缺口：與企業共同研發專業教材，提供偏鄉教師專業教材，並培力身障者成為講師，補充師資。
3.促進特殊需求族群與企業溝通：發揮「同理是最棒的溝通」的使命，運用工作坊或課程促進溝通與達成共識。
1. Improving employment opportunities for persons with disabilities by collaborating with businesses to enhance their professional skills, enabling them to become trainers and boosting their employability.
2. Bridging gaps in rural education resources by co-developing specialized educational materials with companies, providing rural teachers with professional resources, and empowering persons with disabilities to become educators to supplement teaching needs.
3. Promoting communication between special needs groups and businesses through workshops and courses that embody the mission that empathy is the best communication tool.
